   Bitwise equality of two array trees: the same nesting structure and every leaf
   ``np.array_equal`` (shape and values exactly). Returns ``False`` on ANY mismatch -- structure,
   shape, or values -- and never raises: representational equality is a total question (the
   ``np.array_equal`` convention). The representation-level half of the library's explicit equality
   checks (the numerical half is each class's ``allclose``).
