Bases: _UniformKind, t3toolbox.backend.fitting.ProbeKind

The uniform twin of ProbeKind.

The forward / residual are the packed probe output (d,)+W+C+(N,) – mode index d at axis 0, no order axis – so omega’s mode axis is 0 and it has no order axis, unlike the ragged kind whose per-mode weight indexes a list.

Methods

precompute(frame_data, ww)	The reusable frame sweep at frame for sample (computed once per local model).
forward(v_sc, ww, frame_data, sweep)	The bare Jacobian J v (no gauge).
transpose(r, ww, frame_data, sweep)	The bare transpose J^T r, summed over the sample stack W; raw (dU, dG).
point_forward(x_sc, ww)	The point operation S(x) -- what the residual is measured against.
