Stack an array-like tree of UT3s into one stacked UT3.

Every leaf must share the SAME static layout – shape and padded (N, n, r) (ranks/masks may differ; that is the point of a uniform stack). A mismatched pad used to die inside numpy with an inhomogeneous-shape error (review R8-6); re-pad first (from_t3(x, n=, r=) / backend.ut3_operations.ut3_pad_ranks).
