Inverse of to_vector(): rebuild variations of the given structure from a 1D vector.

variation_shapes = (tucker_variation_shapes, tt_variation_shapes) (e.g. a frame’s T3Frame.variation_shapes); stack_shape is the full leading stack K + C.
